In mid-2022, I began advising the MSSNY Vice President and Vice President of Communications on the redesign of their website and the transition from iMIS to Impexium. Initially, a third-party design company was contracted to complete the project within an 8-12 month timeframe, providing a preliminary design concept. However, the team required an expedited completion to align with the Impexium integration deadline and sought an alternative design approach but struggled to articulate their specific requirements.

At this juncture, I was entrusted with developing a new full-site design that accurately reflected their vision. Consequently, the contract with the initial design company was terminated, and I assumed responsibility for the project. I was given approximately six months to deliver a fully functional website ready for the transition to Impexium.

The website, featuring a newly revised logo, was completed in four months, with an additional two months allocated for Board review and testing.
